Here is the missing piece, north of the border in Co. Fermangh. Scroll down to bottom of document http://www.detini.gov.uk/pl2-10_tamboran_original_licence_document.pdf and there will be the map. Please add to google map and URL, and then you can delete this comment : ) Thanks.
Jörn Krüger will add the northern ireland fracking areas on google maps soon.
I’m living in East Cork. I could’nt read thru the list with much ease. So I came here to look at the map, still none the wiser.
How can I tell where the planned fracking is intended from the above map? Many thanks
Hi Laura,
The information you seek can be found if you open the pdf on the home page of this website, ie…’You can also download the Government PDF here – The North West Carboniferous Basin and the Clare Basin.’ … shows every townland that is covered. Parts of the Clare Basin are Special Areas of Conservation eg, Shannon Estuary… and as a native of west Clare will be going straight to Europe with this one if they plan to develop! Beir Bua
Say NO to fracking!!!!! Watch this and see why! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dZe1AeH0Qz8
